Harinam Program

Our Harinam Program teaches the chanting of 64 rounds a day. Sri Mahaprabhu only accepts our service if we chant a minimum of 64 rounds Harinam a day

Why training is required in spiritual life?

  • For one who does not take personal training under the guidance of a bona fide spiritual master, it is impossible to even begin to understand Krishna. – BG 11.54 Purport by Srila Prabhupada
  • To achieve success in this way, one must first find the proper spiritual master and receive training under his direction. Then one can achieve faith in the Supreme. When that faith matures, in course of time, it is called love of God. – BG 17.28 Purport by Srila Prabhupada
  • […] And by such training, even for some days, the neophyte devotee gets intelligence in such transcendental service, which leads him ultimately to get free from perpetual inhabitation in the material worlds and to be promoted to the transcendental world. – SB 1.6.23 Purport by Srila Prabhupada

As Srila Prabhupada mentioned above, the training under a bona-fide spiritual master is inevitable for spiritual advancement to even begin to understand Krishna. Hence, Sri Dharmavira Prabhu came down from his position and started the Harinam training program.

A bonafide spiritual master is a representative of Krishna, if he bestows any blessings upon his disciple, that will make the disciple immediately advanced without the disciple’s following the regulative principles. Or, the regulative principles will be easier for one who has served the spiritual master without reservation” – BG 13.8-12 Purport by Srila Prabhupada

Sri Dharmavira Prabhu is personally training the aspiring sincere sādhakas at his place Sri Radhakund including stay and food free of cost for their spiritual advancement.

The Harinam training is ‘Simple living and High thinking’ program:

The living at Sri Radhakund Dham with Sri Dharmavira Prabhu is simple. A simple and healthy meal is provided to all sādhakas, which control one’s senses and protects from over sleeping. This helps all sādhakas to raise early. The day time is completely dedicated to chanting the pure Holy name with Sri Dharmavira Prabhu. It is also a great opportunity for sādhakas to do service to Sri Dharmavira Prabhu and inquire from him submissively.

Sri Dharmavira Prabhu is offering a minimum of two weeks Harinam training program at Sri Radhakund. However, the sādhakas should have been chanting 64 rounds of Harinam daily for over a year under his guidance through WhatsApp .

The results of pious activities do not equal the results of chanting the holy name of Kṛṣṇa.

go-koṭi-dānaṁ grahaṇe khagasya
prayāga-gaṅgodaka-kalpa-vāsaḥ
yajñāyutaṁ meru-suvarṇa-dānaṁ
govinda-kīrter na samaṁ śatāṁśaiḥ

“Even if one distributes ten million cows in charity during an eclipse of the sun, lives at the confluence of the Ganges and Yamunā for millions of years, or gives a mountain of gold in sacrifice to the brāhmaṇas, he does not earn one hundredth part of the merit derived from chanting Hare Kṛṣṇa.” – CC Ādi 3.79 Purport

— Eat fruits like papaya, banana, pears, musk-melon, pomegranate etc.
— Drink fruit juices like carrot, beetroot, orange, lemon etc.
Do not eat meals with fruits,
morning meal:
restrict to various natural dry and normal fruits.

Try to eat within 1 hour of sunrise
as digestion fire is great during 1 hour of sunrise

digestive fire which is necessary
to digest the entire food you just ate.
Sunset timeYou may have some healthy snack before sunset but don’t eat anything after sunset. You will feel hungry for the first few weeks, then your body will adjust to this diet schedule.
Ayurveda suggests we should not
eat after sunset as digestion
fire is completely down after sunset,
so whatever you eat, it rots in your
stomach and invites various illnesses. Please avoid heavy dinner after sunset, it also increases the urge for sex which is dangerous if you want to progress in devotion.
After sunset around 7pm— Drink hot desi Gomata milk with desi haldi and desi vedic ghee
— Make sure you drink desi Gomata milk
— Make sure to add 1 small spoon of desi turmeric in milk before boiling
— Add 1 big spoon of desi ghee into hot milk and mix nicely and offer to Krishna as night bhoga and then drink hot milk
If desi Cow (A2) milk is not available then please avoid drinking packaged or Jersey cow milk.
8 – 8:30 pmSleep around 8 – 8:30pmThis early sleep will help detoxify and heal the body and one will feel very fresh after waking up around 2:00 – 2:30 am.
